“Vailes has done two major projects for us. In 2018 we had a new heat pump installed and had a screened in porch built. In both cases Vailes was very professional and did an excellent job. Our new heat pump works very well and keeps the house comfortable year around. The screened in porch is beautiful It was built using ipe wood and cat-proof screen. We and the cats enjoy it.”

“Jason Steorts goes above and beyond when it comes to communication with his clients. He works hard to get what YOU want in a home and not just what is the easiest. We talked to many people who used him as a builder before we chose him and he had NO negative comments. Every other builder in our area that we researched had so many unhappy clients. We get weekly progress reports and copies of all invoices. He goes above and beyond to build a top of the line home. I can supply photos when completed.”

“I highly recommend Justin! He flipped our entire house in 3 months…while we still lived in it! He installed new flooring, doors and trim throughout. He added a full bath to the lower level of our home and also built a wall to create a second master suite on that same level. He updated another bathroom as well for us with a new shower/surround, toilet and vanity. He designed and installed a beautiful kitchen for us which includes an awesome 10 foot island and gorgeous cabinets! He took down walls to open up our main living space too. Demo, construction, electrical, plumbing and design. He does it all. The chaos we lived in while the renovation was happening was stressful, but it the end… it was well worth it! He made our house the home we love. Thank you!!”

“Bradshaw’s Carpentry and Remodeling has remodeled several houses for my company along with doing various other projects large and small over the past 6 years. The work has always been excellent and projects have been finished within tight time constraints required by my company. “I recommend, without any hesitation, R&S Homeworks, LLC. to anyone who wants competitively priced, high-quality craftsmanship, completed by organized and customer focussed professionals. We initially hired R&S Homeworks to replace the tile in 2 of our our bathrooms, but when we saw the quality of work and attention to detail provided on our project, we then asked them to complete many more tasks on our large remodel project. When remodeling, professional builders need to understand the unique aspects inherent with log homes, such as settlement of logs and shrinkage. R&S Homeworks handled all aspects of the specific requirements with creative solutions that took these aspects into account. The end result is remarkable. We would recommend R&S Homeworks to anyone and already have additional work that we will call them to complete.”
