“Visionaire Construction handled the renovations of my two homes and did wonderful work. For the first home, Gabe and his crew turned the front living area and kitchen into a great space that came out fabulous. A kitchen wall was taken down and a support beam inserted the attic. The kitchen was completely gutted and restored with new cabinets, new appliances and a beautiful island complete with seating. Front and side doors were replaced along with new trim and moulding. It really came out nice and has added significant value. For the second project, Visionaire completely gutted the interior of a brick home originally constructed in the early 1950s. New energy efficient windows were installed. New front and rear doors were installed. They ran new electrical wiring, new PEX plumbing and installed a tankless water heater that I recommend highly. Two bedrooms were reconfigured with the closets of each enlarged. A walk-in closet was constructed in the master bedroom. Visionaire sheet rocked the entire interior and installed new flooring. They painted the entire interior and installed new trim and moulding along the walls. The bathroom was completely done over with a new tub, toilet, bathroom cabinet and sink. The tub/shower surroundings were enclosed with custom, man-made quartz marble. The living room and kitchen also were turned into a great room by knocking down a wall and inserting a beam in the ceiling. New cabinets, new appliances and an island with seating were installed. A concrete patio was added across the back of the house, with a slab poured and covering installed, which has given the property a great area for socializing with friends and family. Visionaire handled having a new driveway poured and installed. Visionaire also did great work in installing wooden fences. The front gate they added has given a completely different look to the front of the house. I was completely happy with their work and the best part is they came in $20,000 under my projected budget of $85,000. Thumbs up, Visionaire!”
