“Stellar Home Services did an amazing remodel of my master bedroom! They tore out the wall to wall carpet and replaced it with beautiful new wood flooring. They then gave fresh paint on the ceiling, walls, and trim to give everything an updated look. New window treatments completed the renovation. I was more than pleased and overjoyed with the quality of workmanship and professionalism of Chris and his crew. Dealing with Chris from start to finish was a wonderful experience. He was there anytime to answer any concerns I had. I was extremely pleased with the final outcome. It surpassed my expectations. I would highly recommend Stellar Home Services for any project you might have. They are hardworking and dedicated to doing a top notch job!!”

“We have used Monks several times. Our most recent project involved refinishing our floors and painting some inside of our house. These guys answer their phones, show up on time and give you a quote on their first visit. Then they started on time and finished on time. They weren't the cheapest way to go, but they were the only company I found that could handle the painting, floors and carpentry without subbing everything out. We felt it was worth the money to have one company running the entire project and we were right.”

“Lee was my architect of record for a gut renovation for a condo in Manhattan that is to commence this fall. He worked with my draftsman to get the initial drawings ready for approval by the building's management company's engineer and the building's board. He then worked diligently with my expeditor as she prepared the package of documents needed to submit for approval not only from the Landmarks Preservation Commission, but also the DOB. Throughout the entire long drawn out process, Lee was attentive and responsive to any changes that were required. He quickly responded to any questions or concerns I had and worked collaboratively with all the other folks involved in moving this project along. If I ever need an architect for another project, I would not hesitate to call Leandro Dickson.”

“My wife and I hired Kling Brothers Builders/Keith Kling to build an addition onto the back of our house, which included a new kitchen, family room, patio, mudroom, and other modifications to the interior. From the start, I was very impressed with Keith’s preparedness and diligence. He created a very detailed and transparent budget (approximately 10 pages), which outlined each item to be done and the price. More importantly, his estimate was accurate, and the prices that we agreed to did not change throughout the project. Keith is also very hands-on. He was on-site every day during the project. He is extremely responsive by email and phone, and if I emailed him a question while I was at work, within a very short period of time, I would receive a response. He was also available on weekends to meet with me, which was more convenient for my schedule. The workmanship of Kling Brothers Builders is top notch. Their on-staff carpenters are excellent, and their subcontractors are all superb. I did not have any issues with shoddy work or questionable characters walking around my property or in my house. Keith is very diligent about the “structure” and integrity of the building, and takes pride in how well built and solid the “bones” of the project are. Although I am not a builder myself, you can just tell that something is well put together by looking at it. Keith stresses quality and perfection, and was not satisfied until we were satisfied. He has access to some of the best craftsmen in the area, and in particular he introduced us to a custom cabinet maker who created a showcase kitchen for us. His other subs, such as the electrician, the plumber, etc., were all personable and flexible. All in all, we were very impressed and happy with Keith Kling. Although my wife and I are reasonable, we also have very high standards. Given the size of our project (to us), we expected top service and attention. Keith came through with flying colors, and he was very friendly, personable, and professional throughout. I have no tolerance for service providers who do not do what they say or make you feel as though you are doing them a favor by giving them your money. Keith is certainly not one of those people. Our project came in on budget, and any additional work that I wanted done was communicated and agreed-to up front. There were no surprises and the communication between Keith and us could not have been better. I give Kling Brothers Builders/Keith Kling my highest recommendation. I hope to use them again on a future project.”

“I bought a short sale house and had Blackbirdz, LLC give me an estimate. Their estimate was very detailed and very competitive so I hired them. The house was in terrible condition and they did an outstanding job on everything they did. Since this house was bought as an investment, they made suggestions as to many items they felt would make it more attractive to sell. Since then we have used them to do several thousand dollars worth of work on my personal residence. I have recommended them to several of our friends.”

“We wanted a new composite deck for our back yard and John, of AIM construction, knocked our project out of the park!! His level of courtesy and professionalism are second to none. We explained to him our vision, budget, and concerns regarding permits and having to factor in pandemic supply constraints. He took his time and was meticulous about inspecting, measuring, and explaining all of our options. His estimate was priced very competitively. He secured all the required permits and scheduled necessary inspections in compliance with township codes. His project and time management skills are impeccable - as well as his crew being very detail-oriented, knowledgeable, efficient, and accommodating. The completed deck is outstanding and done to our utmost satisfaction, coming in on budget without cutting corners or reducing quality. We strongly recommend John, of AIM Construction, to anyone who values excellent service and precision craftsmanship.”

“We hired Modern Made to do a complete remodel after we purchased a hideous 80's style home. Effraim worked with us to design a totally different look for the exterior, a much more sensible interior layout and we added around 1200 square feet to the back of the house. We had done minor renovations of our previous house and that was a stressful experience. This renovation was the opposite. We had transparent and clear communication the whole time, Effraim made many helpful suggestions for details we had never even considered, and the project was completed within the originally agreed timeframe. We did go over budget a bit, but that was because we requested several upgrades during the construction, so that is to be expected. We gladly recommend Modern Made.”

“I had the absolute pleasure of using Pro Bros for my condo remodel! I never had much work done in my home before so I was extremely nervous about where to start and about finding a contractor I could trust that wouldn’t try to take me for a ride because I’m a female. After a few other quotes, I finally found Mike and Joe on instagram (@probrosllc) who came over to do a free estimate. Not only were they knowledgeable and professional, they walked me through everything - step by step - and kept me calm throughout the whole process. I finally felt like I was being treated like a human and not just some customer - especially cause they were always quick to respond to all of my countless calls and texts (lol sorry guys!). They redid both of my bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and 2 bedrooms - floors to ceiling - in such a quick amount of time! It was beautiful! I was able to sell my condo well over asking price in 2 months time - although it was really sad parting ways with it then!! THANK YOU MIKE AND JOE!!! I’m so happy you were available to do my new home remodel now :)!! THE BEST!!”
