“Beach home renovation: complete kitchen remodel, bathrooms, floors, ceilings (remove popcorn), additions of bedroom and bath, addition of double car garage, outdoor shower, patio and upstairs deck. Builder went above and beyond to do a great job. Made great ideas better, used high quality materials and had excellent workers. Always provided access to professionals if needed. Builder was a perfectionist at the craft- would go back and change things that were not quite perfect, but acceptable to us. This made for a truly great experience. Was always very honest in challenging design details, yet always went the extra mile to make sure our desires could be met. There wasn't a challenge he could find a solution that never sacrificed quality or design, in fact, he presented several design changes that were fantastic and something we didn't think of and we know renovation. Our renovation is beautiful and magazine worthy.”

“I hired D-tailed Construction after building our custom home and needed additional custom work; as the builder was no longer available. D-tailed team was professional and gave me many design ideas and saw their attention too detail I needed. I was amazed and happy of everything they have accomplished here! So much that he is coming back to built a screened porch and other jobs. I referred him to my friend from California which he hired who was not on site for two months and she was wowed when walked into new home.”

“I wanted to replace 2 exterior doors and install storm doors on a 70 year+ house. I had previously contacted 2 other contractors associated with national hardware chains who both said they were not capable of doing the job. I then went online to HOUZZ, for the first time, and was contacted by Adam at 360 Home Renovations who came to the house that afternoon. I explained what I wanted and also asked if the doors could possibly be made larger. He examined the doors and said that he could install larger doors. It was determined that a storm door for the larger front door would not be able to open fully due to hitting the lower end of the porches ceiling. Adam gave 3 possible options to provide the necessary clearance. I chose to have a skylight installed. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the work done. Adam and Lisa are true professionals who are have the experience take pride in doing the job right. I will definately call on them for any future projects. I highly recommend them.”

“We built out house almost five years ago and after interviewing many builders decided to choose Mark. What an experience it was!
