“We have been living in our Northcape built house for over 2 years now,and couldn't be happier. The process of designing and building the house was delightful, the finished product our dream come true. Designer/decorator Pat Westgate was so easy to work with, accompanying me to granite, tile, appliance and plumbing showrooms, all of which were totally overwhelming. She gently guided me to the best choices, gave her opinions when asked, whittled choices down when there were too many, etc. She was also a great resource when choosing lighting, always difficult for us since my husband and I have different tastes in that regard. She and Project Manager Jim Goin suggested some design changes that we are very happy with. Friends comment on how "solid" the house is--so well insulated from outside noise. It's an exceptionally well built house, with great attention to detail.”

The project has been on-schedule from the beginning. The sub-contractors working on the job have been terrific. And they clean up every night before leaving. “Recommend by a friend who had a major remodel. We selected united Artisans to perform a high end remodel also. Work included 3 new bathrooms, total kitchen and bar makeover, new hardwood and tile flooring and doors throughout. Eric is a master craftsman and he and his workers take pride in their work and attention to detail. All work completed within budgets and schedules. My wife and I are extremely happy with all work done and would highly recommend.”

“We used Foremost Builders for a great room addition and were completely satisfied. From the plan's design through to the completion of the build, Dave and his team were professional, responsive, enthusiastic and trust-worthy. We really felt like we were true partners. Foremost uses Buildertrend, which is a project management tool, and we found this system to be quite valuable; daily progress reports and pictures were uploaded, messages were exchanged, and invoices were easily delivered and paid using this system. The space is both beautiful and functional, and we would highly recommend Foremost Builders.”

“We cannot overstate the benefit of finding Cobb Hill Construction - a team of professionals who make it their practice to go the extra mile. They came at the recommendation of our initial architect and began attending design meetings. When we opted to switch design firms, Cobb Hill kept working with us to get us a realistic price, before we moved forward. From pricing the project to using project planning to keep us on schedule and within budget, Cobb Hill made the difference in giving us a fantastic experience. They have been doing what they do a long time and their business is built on straight dealing and assigning the right man/or woman for the job. I'm a Project Management Professional and my husband is an Engineer, so we were expecting a lot, and Cobb Hill delivered. Their staff were courteous, neat, qualified and always ready to help when we had questions or concerns. We cannot say enough about this company and its ability to meet and exceed expectations. Highly recommend - you will want to have them over to celebrate when your project is completed - we did!”
