“Dekel is awesome! He's professional and kind, easy to communicate, knows exactly what we want. The floor looks new after refinishing, smooth and shiny. Our coop building is changing elevator, Adam and his team had no problem using stairs to get the job done. He even helped us with other things and still stick to the original quote. “We have had a total renovation over 2000 square-foot apartment down to the studs. FC L did a fantastic job in a timely manner. Since we were doing it remotely (we lived in New York City at the time )most of the communication was through email with a prompt response either that day or the next day. They had sent us updated reports on weekly basis. As everybody knows dealing with the condo board is not the easy but they have managed it somehow. But their professionalism did not end there. Now if we need them for something small they are here the same day or the next day . That gives us tremendous comfort knowing that we can call and someone if needed. I can’t recommend them enough.”

“Villa's Remodeling is absolutely THE BEST! We were a completely inexperienced couple just trying to remodel our home and stretch our money as much as we can. We found them on Angie's list and hoped for the best. Little did we know that we were going to get the Crème Da La Crème of professionals! Dealing with John and his team was a blessing. Their level of professionalism was exquisite. John and his team not only helped us make our decisions but also educated us about each choice we had to make . They manage to do the job that I know would have taken an average "JOE" double the time and kept the communication open through the whole process. I have nothing negative to say about them. That being said we recommend these guys with our eyes closed and cannot wait until we have the opportunity to work in our home again with them. THANK YOU John, Jonathan and the whole crew from Villa's Remodeling for carrying us through the complicated times and making a supposedly stressful situation into a smooth and pleasant process.”
