“We used this builder to construct our home consisting of 7125 square feet in Spring, Texas and found this builder to provide us with highest quality work and completed the construction of the home on time and in a good and workmanlike manner. Their work was superior and the quality of the materials were excellent. They were always on the construction site and they were great in permitting us to make changes as the construction proceeded and never had a problem with doing extra work. The home is beautiful and we found working with this builder was great. We would hire this builder again to build us another home.”

After much research, I hired Unique Builders & Development Inc. From day one, upon meeting Steve, he was completely professional and showed a passion to make my dream kitchen a reality. Steve and his team gave us the incredible experience of watching our dream kitchen emerge from conception to reality.
