“Our major project had 3 distinct phases, which at the outset could have been either 3 projects or an integrated project. We were so happy with the first renovation project of the historic barn that we progressed with the extension to, and renovation of, our period farmhouse and the creation of a linked pool and leisure area. James at Bournesouth coordinated the tender processes, assembled and managed the team of builders and allied trades (from people he knew, had worked with and were used to working as a team) to deliver a first class project on time and on budget. His intimate knowledge of the processes and the interaction/potential conflicts of the specialist trades allowed him to anticipate issues before they arose and in close consultation with us to deliver the project to our complete satisfaction. We would highly recommend Bournesouth and James for delivering the project beyond our expectations in turning a great design into a beautiful home.”

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company to others as we had such a positive experience - highly professional and good at keeping us in the loop as the work progressed. “Zara was so helpful with our interior design project! We went to her with very few ideas and without a clear vision for what we wanted the end product to look like. Zara came up with wonderful mood boards and design schemes and guided us through the whole renovation project from start to finish. Zara has a contact for everything you could ever think of and is always on hand to offer expert advice and an honest opinion. Our finished home is so beautiful and Zara was able to help us source not only all the big things like wallpapers, fabrics and furniture but even with sourcing all the finishing touches like tableware, bed linen, towels, toiletries and even our Christmas decorations! We can't recommend highly enough!”

“Professional, organised, efficient, trustworthy (we just gave them a key and let them get on with it) and genuinely pleasant, helpful people to have do major work for you. They listen to you, work out solutions to turn your dream into reality (no matter how problematic) and provide excellent value for money. First-rate project management - getting plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, tilers and plasterers lined up to come in on time one after the other, they turned our worn-out, antiquated and quirky bathroom into something fit for a luxury hotel, more or less within the relatively short timescale quoted.”
