“Highly recommend! Pacific Precision Builders is thorough, detailed, punctual, affordable and efficient from beginning to end. We went through the process with them of building and designing our home from the ground up and we could not be happier with the results. All of the staff are extremely knowledgeable in their respective fields. I especially appreciated the design help as that is not my forte. Their design specialist met with us several times and continued to research out options until we found the perfect combo for layout and materials. The building & install phase was fast and went smoothly, dovetailing perfectly with plumbing & electrical subcontractors. These guys know their stuff!”

Custom structural elements, unique kitchen and bath , custom concrete work and so many other elements have set our home apart others. We had a great experience from the design to the completion. Don't hesitate to use them on your project, you won't be disappointed. They had a skilled, courtesy crew and kept to their timeline. No detail was overlooked. “We hired Hills Home Remodeling to gut and remodel our kitchen, rebuild an old lanai into a great room, and build a covered front porch, among other smaller jobs at our Kailua home. They recently finished and we are thrilled with the results. I really appreciated that they could help us with design ideas at any part of the process while still respecting our personal tastes. Jason Hills is such a skilled carpenter that he can build anything custom for you to make your house work just right for you. At the same time, he is happy to install pre-built items such as cabinets to suit the customer's needs. The company has relationships with a variety of sub-contractors in Kailua, so it was easy to get every part of the job arranged. The company is also really kid-friendly, very considerate of having children who are living amongst a home remodel, and also thinking about kid-friendly design. I also appreciated that they always cleaned up at the end of the day. I highly recommend this company.”

“Kawika and his team were excellent! We couldn't have asked for anyone better! Our kitchen turned out better than we could have imagined and we will definitely use Open Concepts on our future construction/remodeling projects. Prior to meeting with Kawika, we had at least five other contractors who visited our home to give us an estimate and every single one of them were flaky and never got back to us. A couple gave us "low-ball" estimates and kept giving us different prices, which seemed really shady to us. With Open Concepts, they always followed up with us and kept us informed on when different items such as our cabinets would be coming in and what days and times their team would be coming over to work on our kitchen. They actually cared about quality and doing a great job, while keeping us informed of the process. They also made sure that both my husband and I were happy with how things were going every step of the way. I understand (from my coworkers), that I am a picky person and have high expectations. I would highly recommend using Open Concepts. They have excellent work and truly understand customer satisfaction.”
