“LOVE THIS COMPANY! My home was affected by Superstorm Sandy and I heard many horror stories about contractors overpricing and giving shoddy work...THAT IS NOT THE CASE HERE! The contractor was courteous and listened to how I wanted to repair my home as well as he gave professional insight of how to improve upon my ideas without expanding the cost. The work was done efficiently and on time. The workers were highly skilled and respectful of my home and family. “5 Stars! Absolutely a wonderful company to work with, after speaking to the office manager and the Roofing Supervisor gentleman, whom came to our home to give a free estimate, at our own convenience and time, for a roof replacement and skylight replacement work, he gave us shingle samples, explained in detail work all the work that would be done, pointed out a few things, seemed very well versed in his field and quite knowledgeable. Please note: I am a contractors wife, so I definitely researched all the contractors whom came to give us estimates, and work that needed to be done, my husband did not have the time right now to do our own roof. He and I both agreed that their proposal was spot on clear and concise, and an affordable price too, so we chose them over 5 other roofing companies, and we are certainly glad we did, the NIVA Group definitely proved they are experienced, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. We had a great crew of men come out that did our job in 1 day. I was here, and the job went well, clean up done to my satisfaction, roof looks great! We love it! My husband (a contractor himself) climbed up on roof after roof was completed, and looked it over, was impressed, noted job well done! “Small owner operator business. Owner very personable. Came out quickly to give me an estimate of a gutter job. Not pushy at all - took his time checking out my house. Explained his product offerings and what he recommends. Rates were within the average for gutter replacement. Made an appointment - and he and his crew arrived a few minutes early - and got straight to the job. Cleaned up after themselves. I got new gutters on the entire house. Check out one downspout - and boy was that guy sturdy! Very pleased with the results - and amazed how much better the house looks. Highly recommended.”

“Very nice it deal with. Price was good. Cleaner came early and worked hard to finish quickly on very hot and humid day. He encountered a wasp nest under the eave and instead of leaving, he asked for some old shirts to cover himself. He had some goggles and he completed the job. Will deal with them again.”
