“Placed an order on 5/1/13 for 13 wainscotting kits through a reseller (architectualdepot.com) which noted a shipping date of between 5/10/13 to 5/13/13, with delivery between 5/13/13 to 5/16/13. I received the kits today on 5/9/13. I received the kits before I received a shipping/tracking email. The kits were made in Canada by Elite Trim Works. 8 days to receive from Canada! Wow! Great Job! I opened all the boxes and nothing was missing or broken. One corner of one piece of trim was slightly mushed, but that was it. I would order from AD.com and Elite Trimworks again without reservation. A+ guys!”

“After educating ourselves and learning that copper is better... We wanted every piece of aluminum wiring removed from our home. After doing our research and having several companies come out to look over the work to be done, our choice was easy. HOTWIRE. Oris came out for the original inspection, he explained what needed to be done to have the entire house rewired and noted other shortcomings of the previous owners. Oris was very friendly, knowledgeable and personable and explained everything in a way we could easily understand. The quote came in and HotWire was hired. Most of our communication was with Hanna who answered most of my questions after the initial visit and again, very helpful. Both Oris and Hanna are very good at answering email and getting back to us by phone which is a rare find. The work was started very quickly and soon we had holes and wires all over the place. The crew that came in were an great bunch of guys. Adam was very helpful, explained what they were doing as it was being done and answered every question without any signs of frustration. Along with Adam came Alex, Alex and James. These guys removed baseboards, reached up through pot light holes and climbed through the attic to minimize the amount of holes needed to be cut to feed the new wire. This job took about a week and each day they cleaned up behind themselves for a clean start the next morning. Not only is the house completely rewired, but they installed new smoke detectors on each floor, replaced any receptacles where required and added AFCI breakers for the bedrooms to ensure the home was brought to code. We also had them replace our old pot lights in the basement with a set of new, modern lights that look fantastic. I would definitely recommend this team of professionals to anyone looking for electrical work and will certainly call them again should we need work done. Thank you to the entire team!”

“I moved this past summer from Burlington to Ajax after a recommendation from a close friend. I received an estimate which was less than the bigger companies, but I liked that a close friend could vouch for them. I booked our moving date and time for August 21, 2015 at 9:30am. About a week before our move we realized that the 21st was not going to work. We called to get a different date. They were able to rebook us for the 23rd. which worked perfectly for us. We were estimated at 7.5 hours, overall it took 9 hours but I'm still very pleased at the care and attention these guys took with our belongings. I will gladly recommend this mover to anybody.”
