“We have used Community Renovations for 2 bathroom projects. One master bath was renovated top to bottom, 1 bathroom was renovated with new floor and walk in shower. The customer service, attention to detail, knowledge of market materials available, timely manner from beginning to end of project was the best experience we have ever had with a contractor. “G&V are the Bomb! Our basement is now the gem of our house. We did a complete remodel and are more than thrilled. The custom work they did is literally off the charts. The attention to detail and cost effective fashion in which Glenn works is second to none. He has ideas that other contractors just don't have. If you have a project that you want more ideas and are ready to expand the scope - he is absolutely your guy. Even if you need to stay in a budget, he can do it and get creative. I'm not exaggerating when I say he is the best contractor we've ever dealt with. Spot on from start to the end of the project.”

“Jim Conklin is knowledgeable and well experienced with the "art" of plaster work and restoration. He brings to his job not only his skilled ability but the intelligence to analyze the source of a problem so it may be resolved in the most efficient and economical way. His understanding of materials and appropriate application goes beyond what is expected of a plaster/drywall contractor. Mr. Conklin has worked on several projects in my home and I have always been pleased with his work, work ethic and professional attitude for each job he has preformed. I have also worked with him on historical preservation projects which required research of old materials. He initiated and developed formulas for material application that allowed for the duplication of historical ceiling decoration.”

“Beautiful designs and wonderful finsihed carpentry. They have done several remodeling projects for me. They are fast and efficient. Very clean and on time and on schedule. These folks can do anything from bathrooms to kitchens. Their crown molding work incredible. The incredible entertainment center they built for our Florida home was so magnificent we had it moved back to Michigan when our house sold.”

“We hired Vivid to furnish and install a landscape and house lighting package. Nick came to site, developed the plan, was able to effectively communicate that plan of how the finished system would look and why each type of light would be used and placed in the various locations. There are about 50 total lights around the front and sides of the house and yard. The installation was smooth and professional. We are very pleased with the quality of materials used and the workmanship of the installation. The lights look fantastic and really transform the house and property at night. Follow up after the install has been excellent! Who would think that you would actually get an email, months later, asking you how the system is working and if there is anything we would like tweeked or corrected? My wife and I are very pleased and would definitely hire Nic and Vivid again if we had a need.”
