“When water damage was discovered in our condo, EMS mitigated mold growth and put our home back together beautifully. They hired professional contractors, plumbers and painters and kept them on task. They worked with insurance adjusters to obtain the best possible coverage, so that we didn't have to, Mick and Stacey were simply the most helpful with any and all issues and offered suggestions that made our home better than before. “Shawn was wonderful to work with. His crew installed our new enlarged pool enclosure which has a unique shape and size. We love the large picture frame screens which almost disappear, making the outside part of our living area. The Superscreen is great--has a biocide which repels insects and fungi. A first class crew came in, worked hard, and completed our job very quickly so that we would be ready to host our family. Shawn returned to make sure all was satisfactory and even fixed a gutter issue that was not part of DreamWork's job. A top notch company.”

“Encore Garage do floor coverings and garage cabinets. We had them coat a 400 sf garage last week and the results was fantastic. We quoted 3 companies for the job and were very excited with this company as not only did they describe the process completely and answer all our questions, but they also had a list of all their completed jobs with them, so we were able to actually go and see another residents garage in our complex that they had completed 6 months before. The sample square they gave us matched exactly the neighbors actual floor, and after ours was complete, it also matched the sample precisely (we had both chosen the Sedona color)! From start to finish (quote to end product) everything was performed in an extremely professional and courteous manner. It was a two day process - grinding and epoxy/chips one day, top coat the next day with an eye for detail and cleanup. It is nice dealing with a local company and this one has been around for a long time and I have no doubt they would be there if we needed them again!”
