“Israel and his team at A Plus Gutter Systems were professional, knowledgeable, and highly detailed oriented. They installed gutters, downspouts, and the beam caps (for the exposed beams) on a mid-century modern house. (I had found and admired their work from an installation on a neighbor's house). The simplicity of the angle face profile works well for the house and looks fantastic. We had the gutters also installed along the rake line to prevent the downspouts from interrupting the glass facade below. I think it maintains the clean lines and improves the look of the house overall. The finished job was beyond my expectations.”

“I hired Dave Acevedo Concrete Contractor for a job very few contractors can do. I have an above ground reservoir converted into a pool and needed someone to build a cantilever concrete deck a top of this reservoir. Not only was this a difficult job, but could have turned out very costly and unsatisfactory if done by a less talented contractor. After Dave assured me he can do this job, I'm so glad I went with him! His attention to detail and uncompromising in cutting corners made the deck come out absolutely beautiful. The edge on the cantilever is straight as an arrow with no waves, and the custom thickness of the deck came out perfect! If you review any of Dave's work here on this site, you too will come to realize that Dave is definitely a pro, a one of a kind. And he's true to his motto, a contractor to the stars with no job too big, nor too small. (yes, he has worked at many famous people's houses, talk to him about it when you have him over for a bid, I can't think of a better recommendation than that.)”

“I hired them to install an EV charging outlet at my house and was super impressed by their work, timeliness, knowledge and prices. I called multiple electricians and 12 Gauge was the only one who took the time to ask detailed questions about the vehicle's charging specs in advance and even did independent research before I hired them on what I'd probably need for my specific car before giving me a quote or recommendation. I was particularly impressed by how honest they were even when it meant less $ for them as they were $500 cheaper than one quote who was recommending a bunch of unnecessary extra work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“Alonzo and 75 Electrical Inc. are great. We hired them for outside lighting in the patio and above the garage. Inside they installed can lights in the hallway, a new outlet and replaced several outlets and switches. In the kitchen he installed a new light over our kitchen sink. All their work was done with precision. They took time to make sure it was right. Their price was very good, they did a very clean job and finished the job in the timeframe quoted to us. I would recommend them to anyone. And call them again if we ever need electrical work in our home.”

“Steve was professional, straightforward, and gave us a great quote. His team was very respectful and careful to not damage our new floors. They also worked fast and did an excellent job painting!
