“Did a fantastic job. Quickly realized that the move would be done quicker with another person and truck and the price was still cheaper than a recent comparable move. We were moving in to our new construction home during the winter and they went to great lengths to keep the new floors clean and not to damage any walls. Very personable yet professional. Not planning to move again any time soon but I'll recommend them to anyone else who is.”

“LDR contractor service cleaned, repaired and painted our bedroom which was damaged in a storm. The job was done professionally and we are very satisfied with the job. I had the roof done by my own choosing, but the insulation, drywall, and painting was completed by LDR people (I believe they hired out some of the work). Nice job.”

“Wayne was amazing to work with! He was very friendly and personable. He worked longer than he originally expected it to take, but didn't charge us extra. He helped us pull up the carpeting in order to seal the cracks in the basement floor. He seemed very genuine and kind. He even removed quite a bit of our overgrown plants, saying something along the lines of "some of it was in the way, but then I just kept going because they needed trimming". (We had just bought the house and it looked like a jungle.) A few months after his service, we had an issue with the sump pump, which was right next to the radon pipe. I was worried about ruining the seal so I texted him to ask about it. Not only did he respond almost immediately, but he even called me and told me how to fix the sump pump issue!! Now remember, this was after we had paid him in full, which really shows how he actually cares about his customers!”
