“This company is simply outstanding!!! I had a shower installed with Hydro Shield, and due to my stupidity used an acidic product on it to remove some water spots (I have hard water in my area). Unfortunately, I made the problem much worse. Several people had told me that the glass was ruined. A costly mistake to say the least. So with no expectations, I called the company to see if there was anything they could do to correct my problem. Jim the owner drove 3 hours to my house to look at my shower door. Within the first few minutes, he reassured me that he could bring the glass back to where it needed to be with a smile. I was so relieved!! Jim explained to me that the Hydro Shield is a very tuff product. I just needed to use an alcohol based liquid to clean it, such as Hydro Shield glass cleaner. That’s all! My shower door would stay beautiful, and it has. The customer service was absolutely the best that I’ve ever encountered. They really stand behind their wonderful product. I installed another shower door with Hydro Shield. Very pleased!”

“We recently completed a whole house remodel; three new bedrooms and two new bathrooms. In the master bathroom Monty Stone installed a heated tiled floor, counter backsplash, custom shower stall with "river rock" shower pan, soap niche. In the guest bedroom Monty installed a tile floor and tub surround, soap niche, counter backspash and behind the toilet. Floor moldings consisted of tile with hand-finished edges. Of all the tradesmen that worked on our project, Monty is one of the few I give an A+. Even the glass shower door installer agrees with me. Monty prides himself on meeting and exceeding customer expectations. This he did for us. He has my highest recommendation.”

“I had an issue where certain outlets and lights didn't work in my kitchen all of a sudden. Ackermann found the source to be a simple outlet down the hall that had gone bad. They could have "found" all kinds of problems and I wouldn't have known the difference. I've experienced that before with a plumbing company. Ackermann was timely, reasonably priced and I'll use them again when I remodel.”

“We hired Sequim Property Services to help us get some vent covers up over our numerous and well out of reach soffit vents, build a door for our crawlspace area and a few other fix-me-ups. They came back with a very reasonable bid and did the job in a quick, friendly, professional manner. They even offered advice on how to save money DIYing a couple of projects that they could have easily charged me for but didn't want to rip me off. Great people.
