“I don't normally leave reviews, but I did thought that the service I received was outstanding, so here goes. Jane took my initial enquiry and arranged for David to come to my home to quote. He was very professional and compared to the other companies representatives that quoted, he was clearly the more experienced and knew what he was talking about answering all of my questions with ease. The quote was sent to us in writing along with the terms and conditions via email. Really straight forward and easy. I had to chase most other companies for their quotes and terms. When we had a date, we booked in. Jane was very good and informed us, as had David, that we couldn't book in until we had a solid, confirmed date as if we did, and the date moved, there would be a charge. Which is good advice. We then paid over the phone. The day of the move the team of guys arrived on time, all uniformed and smart. Introduced themselves, had a look round and got set up. Floors where covered where needed etc. The team, I have to say, were amazing. The care that was taken was brilliant, and the speed they emptied my 4 bed home was again, unreal. These guys are the best moving crew I have ever had in 12 moves over 15 years. I have moved all over the UK and abroad for my work and I can tell you that you will be very hard pressed to find better.
