“We have had the pleasure of working with Ben and April on two big renovation projects in our home, our laundry room (2017) and finishing our entire basement (2018). “John Space and his crew fabricated and installed furnace duct boots to replace ones that had been removed due to having asbestos tape on them. John stayed true to his initial estimate for the work and scheduled another crew in order to complete all 4 townhouses in one day's time. This effort was very appreciated as the work was done in February and none of the tenants had to be inconvenienced by diminished heat from unattached ductwork. The townhouses were built in the 1920's so there were challenges getting the ductwork to fit properly but the crew did an excellent job. I would recommend this company and would be happy to work with them in the future on projects.”
