“The service professional arrived as scheduled to begin rewiring my basement and installing ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms. He was very cordial. My boys were very interested in what he was doing (as was my dog) and he took it all in stride, explaining and entertaining as he worked. He was very open and honest, offering suggestions for future projects. When I noticed a problem with one of the lights after he had left, I made a call and he returned the next day with the same enthusiasm. Once the work was complete, I was impressed! As the days went by, I received a thank you note and discount card in the mail which really made me feel special. The discount card prompted me to plan out future projects around the house.”

“KB electric did a great job. They were very thorough with the installation of recessed lights in our house and installed a house surge protector. Both Rick and Will were very professional and cleaned up after the job. I only hope they had made a couple of less holes for the recessed lights. But overall I would recommend them and also hire them agin for any work in our house.”

“I called about having my sofa upholstered. Gelise was great! She was patient with my questions and helped me narrow down my fabric choices. She sent me larger samples so I could test them in my living room. They showed up on time to pick up my sofa. When they brought it back, I was very pleased. The new cushions were perfect and the upholstery work was very precise. Jim and Dan even moved other furniture around in the room for me when they brought my sofa back. The group is very friendly and easy to talk with. I was relieved that there was no hassle - they made it easy! Recommended, definitely. - Taryn S.”

“I bought a nearly 100 year old home in Baltimore city and about 3 months after I purchased it, every time it rained my basement kept getting large puddles of water. I checked with several basement waterproofing companies and was not persuaded to use them until I came upon Basement Water Systems USA. I mean you never really know until you get the work done but based on my conversations with them and the many references that I called (who raved about them) I knew that they were the right people to do the job for me. A few months later a very capable and professional crew were at my home and about 5 days later it was done. I also needed some foam insulation in my joists, and for a very good price they did that as well. I was concerned something was wrong after the work was done (it wasnt, was just me not knowing something), called them and they came back out to check out the issue, explained what I was looking at and then added a little more sealant for me to make me feel good lol. The company, from the owner on down to the installers, are kind, professional, very knowledgeable, have integrity and are the best in the business. I would recommend you use them for your basement needs!”
