“I cannot say enough about how much my husband and I enjoyed working with Doug Roth. His work is amazing and he's a professional in every sense of the word. Doug transformed our Great Room into a Sports Bar. He built a beautiful bar, paneled the walls, made a custom table, and It turned out amazing. Pictures don't even do it justice. We would absolutely recommend Doug to our family and friends. As a matter of fact, we already have. Our neighbors saw the beautiful work Doug did and hired him for their own upcoming project. “I am so glad I researched this company. These guys are terrific!! James the owner is a 10 star owner! He came on a Sunday to give me a bid and fit me in his schedule. Too bad most businesses do not excel to this level of customer care anymore. My architect father taught me to always get 3 bids. After seeing James reviews and speaking with him, he was the only one I called - I'm glad I did! happy to report my first utility bill is significantly lower.”

“it was a couple of weeks ago on a Sunday night, when I finally decided to head to the gym for the first time this year. I came down the stairs, stepped on the foyer, "Splash, splash". Horrified, I looked down to see several inches of water on the floor. Turns out the cold Siberian Indiana winter caused the pipes in my downstairs bathroom to burst. Horrified, I called my insurance company, who in turn got me in contact with Whitney and Shawn Huff, the owners of On Time Restoration. Even though I called them on short notice, on a Sunday night, Shawn was there with his crew within a short period of time. They came in, introduced themselves, and proceeded to get to work. I was on edge during this time (no one needs burst pipes), but they used humor and professionalism to alleviate my concerns. They also brought plenty of equipment to start the dry out. As I sat there, I talked to them as they worked. They had the right balance of professionalism and humor, and they all seemed really down to earth. This is one of those things that when it happens to you, you hope you have someone solid to do the work, and do right by you. I have no complaints whatsoever, and I have been pleased with the work they have done so far. If my mom ever had plumbing issues, I would reccomend On Time Restoration to her.”

“Wally and team did a wonderful job finishing our basement. We've worked with a number of contractors and remodelers over the years and Wally's team were particularly professional and experienced. They were helpful and flexible as we modified and expanded our plans over the life of the project. They listened to what we wanted, and when we weren't sure what we wanted, they had helpful suggestions and were able to guide us to a good decision. Most importantly, Wally and his project manager, Matt, were always responsive and in-touch and maintained great communication throughout the project. We're really happy with the final product and I'd recommend Wally and team to anyone.”
