“We hired Sequim Property Services to help us get some vent covers up over our numerous and well out of reach soffit vents, build a door for our crawlspace area and a few other fix-me-ups. They came back with a very reasonable bid and did the job in a quick, friendly, professional manner. They even offered advice on how to save money DIYing a couple of projects that they could have easily charged me for but didn't want to rip me off. Great people. Hardworking, trustworthy, and competent.”

“We had Dale over to look at our bathroom reno for lighting and he suggested putting under cabinet lights under our mirror and vanity on a motion sensor so when we walked in the bathroom those lights would turn on automatically for us (perfect for middle of the night bathroom runs!). It was something I would never think of but I am glad it was recommended as we get a lot of comments on it! My father even called Dale to come to it to his house after he saw ours! Very creative, very nice and priced very reasonably! He was on time, he came out within 2 days, and he let me know the the whole process and answered all and any questions I had. I would recommend Dale to anyone and we are planning on having him back once our kitchen is renovated”

“family owned... actual technician to come to house is a direct family member; person who answers phone is family member etc... extremely professional, courteous, polite but very committed to their cause and subsequent product. follow up is non-intrusive but sincere. offer free large bottle of spot cleaner upon departure and refills are free upon request no nasty chemical or fake clean smell in house when they leave honest and do not make promises they do not intend to keep explain why/how things work very quick and not invasive true to what they advertise committed to the environment as well as success as a company since i've used them, i've switched to hardwood floors but if i had carpeting, they would be my first and only go-to.”
