“Very satisfied w/ the quality of the work .Would highly recomend Lakeshore Restoration to anyone needing services that Lakeshore provides. They provided service beyond their estimate. They were prompt, thorough, non-stop until completion. Cleanup left nothing for me to do. Project included work primarily in the basement sump area. This included removing mold from the walls; removing a plasterboard ceiling; scraping the rust scale from the metal roof pan; repairing 3 to 4 wall cracks; painting the ceiling, floor, and walls. Repairing a vertical wall crack outside of the sump area. Sealing the exterior of the sump wall at the sidewalk and stair with concrete to prevent water from getting at the wall.”
