“We moved to Wisconsin after a 37 year absence. We decided to reinforce our basement walls and then eventually add an all seasons addition to our living room area. Basten's construction did the work on both endeavors. We could not be more pleased. Work was methodical and they always kept us informed. Our addition of an all reasons room looks like something our of a magazine. They even put in sky lights in the ceiling of the living room so we could get maximum light. Highly recommended.”

“We contacted Basement Repair Specialists to give us a quote on foundation repairs that were required of us as part of a structural inspection for a company relocation package. A BRS professional came to the house and looked at the areas in question. After a thorough, detailed inspection of each area in question he recommended that nothing be done. To quote the BRS representative, "Based solely on my opinion I could not in all good conscience offer any action of repair for your home." With BRS's information and reasoning we challenged the original inspection. This action likely saved us tens of thousands of dollars in repairs. A second inspection done by the same professional engineering firm agreed with the assessment of the BRS professional. We would not hesitate to call and hire Basement Repair Specialists again in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, timely, HONEST assessment of their structural problems.”

“Very satisfied w/ the quality of the work .Would highly recomend Lakeshore Restoration to anyone needing services that Lakeshore provides. They provided service beyond their estimate. They were prompt, thorough, non-stop until completion. Cleanup left nothing for me to do. Project included work primarily in the basement sump area. This included removing mold from the walls; removing a plasterboard ceiling; scraping the rust scale from the metal roof pan; repairing 3 to 4 wall cracks; painting the ceiling, floor, and walls. Repairing a vertical wall crack outside of the sump area. Sealing the exterior of the sump wall at the sidewalk and stair with concrete to prevent water from getting at the wall.”
