“From the moment I contacted this company, their customer service was first class. Whether I texted, called or emailed, I always got a prompt reply from the officer and or the installers. They explained the job in detail so I would understand the process. When the guys came to first measure and then install the countertops, they were very respectful of my home and even played with the dogs to calm them down, before getting to work. They even recommended adding a backsplash using the same stone since there was some leftover. I found this extremely helpful since this is a brand new kitchen and we weren't sure how to finish it. I highly recommend them.”

“Brittany was one of the best sales people I have ever dealt with. She assisted me with picking out porcelain tile and backsplash. She is very knowledgeable with the products she sells. I feel she gave me a very reasonable price and also set up delivery to my home. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends. She even met me on her day off!!!!”

“Julia Good Kruger is an exceptionally talented and integrity filled designer. Her attention to detail is exquisite. The team work is so well orchestrated so all work is finished promptly. Her ability to authenticate the necessary product for the job at hand is executed to the 'nth' degree so everything comes together just as anticipated. Very positive experience all around with a finished product that is certainly 'high end'. LOVE my brick work ! Am looking forward to using her company on many future projects.”

“Many of our customers select their tile from Hunt valley Tile and Stone. We often get rave reviews abut the experience my customers had while working with Don, Temple and the rest of the staff. The selection sheets are accurate and drawings for designs provided are helpful when running the Project. Their show room is beautiful with a huge selection of tile. I also must commend them on their follow up and a attention to detail. When back orders or problems arise they are working on solutions before I even know there is a problem. This is a well run company which I would highly recommend.”

“We were referred to Advanced Granite Solutions by our cabinet provider. We walked in and talked to Hailee and she was great she showed us around their yard and let us pick a few favorites to get prices on. I had a sample from another location I was in love with and she matched it and gave us a price on that as well. We choose the one I had the sample of and they came out to measure. They were back after the cabinets were ready and the counter tops when in great. Great customer service and a friendly install crew, no complaints.”

“Thank you Gerardo's Marble & Granite LLC.. was wonderful. He helped me after I had a disastrous installation experience with another company. and he left me without the granite that I paid. I called Gerardo and he took photos of various slabs until we found the exact match he wanted. Gerardo was understanding when I told him what happened with this other company and he told me that he would take good care of me. Gerardo put what happened in perspective and this was not the end of the world, it's just a countertop and a little inconvenience and delay in finishing my kitchen. The total cost of Gerardo's Marble & Granite was $2,000 less than... Now I have beautiful new countertops, a working stove, and $2,000 to spend on my kitchen backsplash! The peninsula was delivered as one solid piece and the underside has that uniform look and feel that...it failed to deliver. The installers wore skins the entire time (and didn't need to be told to wear them or to wear them properly) and it only took them two hours from start to finish. They were pleasant, respectful, and provided information that they... never communicated. If you are looking for a countertop I highly recommend Gerardo's Marble & Granite and if you go to 314 Bay West Blvd great job thank you very much Gerardo's”
