“For our kitchen renovation, we knew what we wanted for our countertops. Granite City let us come down to the yard at our convenience to see their slabs. They didn't have what we were looking for, but they quickly brought up pictures online and found their suppliers who had it in stock. Within a couple days, they had emailed us pictures of specific slabs and brought in the one we chose. It was exactly what we wanted and gorgeous, and no extra charge from prices we had originally discussed. Since we did the whole kitchen ourselves, we were a few days behind schedule so Granite City worked well with us on rescheduling for our template and install dates. On the install day, the workers worked quickly and efficiently. The only issue we had throughout the process was that the small strip for behind the range was either not measured in the template, or forgotten during install, but Lou made sure to get that piece installed quickly and before collecting final payment. Overall, great experience and highly recommended! Lou, Sarah, and Mohammed are very customer service oriented.”
