“I have never before experienced such exceptional customer service. My project was extremely small. However, I was made to feel as if I was spending a million dollars. J. Lynton Brooke, the owner, took the time to explain the entire process. He made me feel confident that I could master this undertaking and when I ran into difficulty taking measurements, he came on site to make sure that my measurements were accurate. The project turned out AMAZING!!!! Every time I enter my kitchen, I smile and marvel at the beauty of the stainless steel tile. I wish more people conducted business like J. Lynton Brooke. “Excellent service from beginning to end. Elena is genuine, professional and truly passionate about her work. We were referred to her through a pool construction company we hired. We hired Simple Steps to provide us with tile for our pool. Appointment was very easy to make. Showroom is gorgeous with lots of samples to view as well as the opportunity to create your own tile sheet. She has so many beautiful colors to choose from. The day of our appointment, we went with our daughter. Elena catered to her with fun put-the-tile-on-the-grid activity, which my daughter loved. She was even able to bring home a heart she created with tiles of many different colors. We designed our own tile sheet with beautiful colors to go with our home decor. Our tile sheets were ready when promised. Elena kept us in the loop every step of the way. Delivery was also prompt and the quality of the tile is high. It's hard to find good quality service in Miami. Elena deliver superior customer satisfaction. Should we decide on anymore tile work in future, she will be our first choice. Simple Steps is highly recommended.”
