“Were were looking for white tiles for our house rebuild and knew what we wanted but couldn't find in our budget. Then we came across Tilesbay and saw they had what we wanted and a reasonable price range. Rahul was very knowledgeable about his inventory and if there was something that was not known he went up and above to make sure he got the answers to our questions. We were worried about shipping but assured it would come in great condition and it did. Time frame from ordering to receiving was exceptional and could not have asked for anything more. I would recommend this Company if you are looking for house flooring, tiles, counter tops, etc.”

The wide selection of stone makes it possible to compare colors and select exactly the best stone for a project. The materials are available to be pulled from the bundle for inspection. Inspecting the materials at time of purchase can help eliminate the surprise of hidden cracks or fissures. “I am happy to provide a recommendation for Tesselle. I was attracted to their unique cement tile designs, and worked with the owner to develop a custom color combination in their Nature's Net design for a 270 square foot floor area. I placed my order and received a first article to approve the color before production began. The tiles were delivered on time and in good condition (6 out of 600 tiles arrived damaged). The tiles are handmade, so each one is unique (and there is color variation within the lot), but one nice feature is that they are very precise in their dimensions which meant my installer could use very thin grout lines which allowed for very little disruption in the overall pattern. The process from order to installation took 12 weeks, which is longer than I would have preferred, but I can say that I got exactly what I wanted, and I am very happy with the final result,”

“I was referred to Paul by Coastal Tile and Stone in Newport Beach. I had a shower that had black mold on the grout and I could never get it off. I thought we would have to tear out the shower and start over. I decided to call Affordable Stone Care to see if there was any hope in cleaning it. We are very happy with the results! Paul was professional, and spent time with us to explain the process. We hired him to do the job. Our shower now has new grout where it was needed and the result is a very clean looking shower and we now have a protective sealant which should slow down the mold growth. I appreciate Paul's concern for our approval of his work and he even came back to redo a small area. I would recommend Affordable Stone Care to anyone with tile problems.”

“Phoenix Stone did a really good job on my granite counters, they were fast, clean and reliable. Alan, the owner came over and did the templates, super cool guy, About a week later Cory and Homer came over to install. and got it all installed in a couple of hours. Everyone there is on top of it. I highly recommend them.”
