“We used M&M Granite to install countertops in an indoor kitchen and an outdoor kitchen. We went to their show room to view the product and were very happy with the selection and information provided. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us to the right product for the application. We were placed on the calendar and given an installation date. A few days prior to installation we were contacted to confirm the date and time. The installation crew arrived on the date scheduled and earlier in the day. Throughout this project we have been met with delays from other contractors and subcontractors not showing up when they told us they would. We were so surprised and happy when M & M kept their word and were never late. Our countertops were not a traditional design and we had very large pieces of granite. The M & M team worked efficiently and safely to install the countertops inside. After they were in place, a portion of the crew stayed behind to level them and to work on the seems. These guys worked really hard to make sure that everything was perfect. They did not rush this process. When the lead installer felt like someone else from the company could work on a piece to make it better, he sent for that person to come to the job. That shows the level of commitment this company has to perfecting their product. We had a delay in building the outdoor kitchen due to other contractors, but we are now scheduled for those countertops to be installed. I will update the review if our experience changes, but I don't anticipate anything but a perfect result. The price was very reasonable for the work performed and better than we expected for the grade and quality of granite we chose. We will always use M & M Granite. They are professionals with obvious experience in doing amazing work.”
