“I had a 5-star experience working with and ordering materials from ArtWalk Title. After having spent weeks shopping for title that both my husband and I could agree upon, I went about finding the best price. An internet search brought me to ArtWalk. I bought enough tile to cover almost every square foot of our downstairs home, and compared with the lowest price I could find locally, saved over $2000. The best part was yet to come. My pervious internet purchases were more in the New-purse-Christmas-lights-Kitchen-gadget Category, so you might imagine the anxious feeling I got once $9000 cleared my bank and I didn't get a tracking notice from their Florida shippers for a couple of days. I called ArtWorks just to make sure I was getting what I thought I was getting. They were so nice, assured me that they understood my concerns, made a few calls, and I had my tracking number that day. Still, that's not all. After the tile was delivered, I tried making a quick count of the number of boxes and called Artworks in a panic. It was after-hours for them (I'm in California. They're in Pennsylvania, I think.), but I left a message that I was 5 boxes short. Before I checked my email the next day, they had made plans to ship me the 5 boxes - no questions asked!!!! And guess what? I counted incorrectly. I had to call and admit I had again panicked and there was no need to send more. One more plus. When my very experienced installer saw the tile, he said, "This is good quality title. Internet purchases can be tricky, but you lucked out." They are ripping up my old flooring as I type this, and I am most anxious to see the job completed.”

“My wife and I hired Upstate Residential to create epoxy countertops for our kitchen. I had a few special requests but for the most part told them to have fun with it. The end result was amazing, way better than I expected and the turn around time was fairly quick.”

“We have a traditional 19th century servant's kitchen, which is actually 5 small inefficient rooms, entirely unsuitable for modern living. After removing walls, to pull it all together, we wanted a floor that says, "Wow!" I visited Homestone Gallery because my designer said they had a good selection. I got a lot more than a good selection. One of us is a New Englander and the other is South American so there is a difference in styles. Working with Karen, we decided on traditional encaustic tile, which is appropriate to the period of the house and can look either Victorian or high Spanish. She carried a large number of samples, but none was exactly in the color palette that we were looking for. Karen pulled out her colored pencils and worked with us, creating a color scheme that was perfection. She is very talented and creative, and she took a lot of time with us. We arrived at exactly what we were dreaming about. Karen managed to delight both of us -- and at no additional cost. The samples are on order now. Basically, our entire kitchen remodel is based on this gorgeous tile. We joke that we will tell people that we pulled up eight layers of old linoleum and found the original encaustic tile underneath in pristine condition. Without Karen's expert guidance, we never would have arrived at this perfect solution, and nobody else in the region has such an expansive selection. I cannot recommend this business highly enough. Karen knows tile; she has exquisite taste; and she understands customer service.”

“A very satisfactory experience. I had looked at several different companies for replacement counters for my kitchen. Quartz Plus had the best price as well as a very reasonable schedule for the various elements of installation. Melissa was very patient with us as we weren't really sure what we wanted. She encouraged us to look at as many samples as we wanted and to take a selection home. I am sure we asked dumb question after dumb question, but we never felt rushed or hurried. I think we made two trips to the showroom before we committed. We called with questions several times. She even encouraged us to go out to the warehouse and look around! Measuring went as scheduled as did the slab review. Installation was right on time. We did have a little issue; she took care of it immediately. I love love love my counters! “Kitchen Granite Design was the best contractor I hired for my whole house renovation. They had not only the best price, but the best costumer service and best product. I wasn't present at the moment of installation, but my wife said that the installers were very attentions, cautions and nice. We asked for a simple black galaxy granite countertop and they gave us much more that that. The edges of our countertop come with an apron that makes it look like it is 2inches thick. It's absolutely gorgeous. We recommend the company for all of our friends and family and if we have another renovation we will definitely hire them again.”
