“East Hampton Versa Tile is absolutely the best place to buy tile on the East End of Long Island. Located just a bit out of the town of East Hampton, the store offers a large selection with excellent display materials. What makes the store special are the people that work there, Dawn and Katie. They have excellent reputations with the GC's and installers in the area because they know tile, can make recommendations in terms of both installation and design, and accurately order appropriate amounts. They are straight forward about delivery windows, costs, etc. and work well with the tile manufacturers. They are extremely patient, get back to you when they say they will, and are also very, very nice! We had a freak incident with our tile order, NOT caused by Versatile, and they went way beyond what could have been expected to resolve the issue. I greatly appreciated their integrity.”
