“I have been working on the conversion of our ground floor WC into a wet room. Most of the work I have undertaken myself, but I became nervous of having to tile the floor, walls and window reveals with marble, a product I have never worked with before. Paolo, of Stone & Marble Diretto Ltd, has produced an amazing standard in his workmanship, and particularly realising what difficulties he experienced with uneven wall surfaces. I now realise that had I pursued with the tiling myself, I would have ruined a very expensive product. I, and more importantly, my dear wife are delighted with the result. He was courteous, very knowledgeable and professional.
