We were attracted & impressed by their creativity. They just looked different. Our first visit started with a warm welcome by Raymond. After a 2 hrs chat, we made up our mind on the spot . We bounced ideas around with him and he was always receptive to alternatives. The whole Renovation was like a roller coster due to the covid situation. However, Raymond has proven his capability in managing the whole process against all odds. He made things happen and ensured the renovation was kept on track and of a high standard. And of cos we have Brandon who is the Captain on the ground. A guy who is as cool as a cucumber, quiet but strong, always there to keep things on track. From the beginning to the handover, Raymond & Brandon jumped through hoops to keep things moving under this extremely difficult covid period. They were very responsive and responsible in providing updates. Their attention to detail was phenomenal. They made the entire renovation an amazing experience. At times when we couldnt agree on a particular design or color scheme or furniture, Raymond is always the "go to" person.
