“Once Alex arrived, it was a pleasure to see how professionals work. All of the windows were in within a few hours. He with his helper carefully capped each window and made sure all of them were sealed with silicone. I wanted to get some windows from them as well for my unfinished basement . Unfortunately, they install only high quality windows and the cost was affordable. Windows By Installer have a great warranty that I hope never to have to use.”

“How great is it to be able to share a well deserved 5 star review!! It has been a distinct pleasure from the outset and for the entire experience. Rick Banman presents as everything you would look for... his knowledge, experience, professional attitude, patience, attention to detail speak reams for him as a person, business person and for Heritage. Rick proves out as spectacular as he maintained all the attributes listed above during the entire process for our windows and doors. It was a job that took some patience and imagination (50's house) and RIck remained in tune with my perceptions of what I wanted and needed every step of the way. As a professional, if he thought otherwise he would advise me ... as he should ... of things I needed to consider to make well informed decisions. I met Frank the owner as well to review details and finalize to give the green light. Rick took came and checked things to ensure the job was set up and activated as planned. I felt confident that all things were in good hands. Pierre and his son worked at our house and proved to be exceptional at what they do. We are extremely happy. We would not change a thing. It has been an honor to work with Heritage. I feel fortunate that they worked with me. If there were more stars I would add them on for Heritage.”
