“A window is a window; every big and small box store has them and installs them. They come in different sizes and shapes. You pop them in, cover them up with window treatment and have to wash them every so often. Wait! When they unloaded the truck from Level One Design Studio I realized….seeing is believing, there is true beauty in a Windsor Window. Once I saw the quality of the wood windows and French doors, met the managing partner Patrick Dinneen, and watch the installation process I became very aware…there is a difference. From the first site visit to the impressive personal greetings by the installation team I felt their attention to detail refreshing. In today's competitive environment, "going the extra mile" is not associated with many companies much less found in the hectic world of windows. One great quality about Level One is how close they tie themselves to the customer. They genuinely care about achieving the customer’s building goals while exceeding the customer’s expectations. Family, friends and neighbors come by to check on the progress of the new house, the comments are all about how the windows made an amazing architectural statement. Everyone keeps asking, who did your windows? Truly a great customer experience. The best recommendations are the easy ones...exceptional companies do not need to be recommended.”

“John and his wife are a talented team. John has made some doors for my company. They always come out looking fantastic, are properly made, and done in a timely fashion. I build wine cellars for a living. The door is one of the most important parts of the cellar. If not properly sealed, it can be a real problem. John has never let me down, and can be relied upon to perform at the highest level. His wife also is a talented artist, specializing in custom stained glass creations. I have not been able to get any in my cellars yet, but will use her services should I get the request.”

“I have a condo townhome on the 3rd and 4th floor of a bldg. Not all window providers are qualified to do windows at this height and need a special license. I completely replaced all windows in my 3 bedroom condo which included a 12 ft span of sliding glass doors. They worked with the condo association to help me get the permission needed to do the work, were always professional and timely. All needs were addressed with a number of choices for me to pick from according to my needs and wants. I cannot say enough about the polite, clean workman who came into my home and the attention to detail.”

Not only are these top of the line quality products, but we had two top-notch installers, Mike and Mike, in our home for four days. From the onset, dealings with their sales rep, Phillip, their project manager, Steve, and Mike and Mike, every contact was straight forward, no pressure or gimmicks, and professional in every way. What a pleasure it was to deal with FAS - including watching them tear out the old, install the new, and clean up the debris. Yes, we would recommend them to our friends and already have. BTW, theirs was not the lowest estimate, but we knew we wanted the better quality products they were going to provide.
