Sorry, we get this question a lot, the fence was custom built and is not available on the market. Take a look at Walpole Woodworkers, I'm sure they have one very similar.

So you just want to enclose the top area to make it a place to sleep? Does it need to have a kitchen and bathroom or just a sleeping area? I am not an architect but you might want to ask more direct questions like " How can I enclose this upper floor to make it livable?". It looks like you live in a very mild climate. Perhaps you should put up wood walls with windows that match the design on the balcony panels. I am not a builder so I hope someone else has some ideas for you.

Hi. It's looking really good and you've done well with the bookshelves! ! I love the new sofa! I would say just a tad more yellow if your husband can bear it, doesn't have to be solid yellow. I'd add something else on the left shelves (I'd move one shelf of photos to the right hand shelving and swap for some books), maybe a ginger jar if you can get an old one. Maybe a patterned throw or cushion for your wooden chair and a small yellow throw for the bench just draped over the corner. Table idea sounds great. Are you happy with it? I think it's made such a big difference

I very much agree with what Beverly said regarding adding shutters to your home. You don't have the space on either side of the windows to accommodate appropriately sized shutters. Awnings would definitely be an option. Since you're in the Caribbean, you can add color by using a brightly striped awning. One shutter option that you could consider would be a Bahama Shutter. Since they mount at the top of the windows, you wouldn't have any problem adding them if you like.

Hi Patricia, these are the chairs above. The look I like the most is the second last photo below, but not big on maroon as have so many maroon rugs and its dominated over the years. I was trying to go for a mustard, as per the samples, but thinking it too might dictate too much. I don't know...go a plain grey, or a pattern with nice cream and green? Sorry what's a sneaker?

Wow, nice fencing design. I loved the color as well as the design of the fencing in your picture. Thank you for posting the pic here on Houzz. What is the material that has been used? I think these are wood fences. Thank you for any replies.

I agree, I think that this fence looks great. Is it made out of vinyl or wood? My wife and I have been planning on putting something like this around our yard for a couple of months now. Just looking at this fence has me wondering just how deep the person had to install it from the ground up. It's a thought that came to my mind since my plans for this month would be to do a fence installation. for my backyard.
