Need help for our kitchen

Please advise us for our kitchen remodelling. Attached is the floorplan. We currently have no fixed cabinets or fittings except for the sink. We don't mind changing to a new sink in a new location. We wish to have a kitchen that maximizes on storage and counter space. (We have a lot of large scale dinners) The height of the kitchen is 2400mm.

We have two fridges, with the following dimensions. (We would like both of these to fit into the kitchen)

1) Width: 760mm
Depth: 660mm
Height: 1710mm

2) Width: 894mm
Depth: 725mm
Height: 1753mm

Here is one idea while keeping the working triangle on one side of the room.

Thanks a lot for your prompt reply!! Though your idea is excellent,We cannot keep both the fridge together as it is taking all my work space .I am hardly left with any counter space if you go by dimensions. I will be looking forward to more of your brilliant ideas!!! .Thanks a million once again!

Your drawing does not show enough information to render much advice. I assume the few dimensions you show are in centimeters ? If you are looking for advice from US designers we are work in inches. The best advice I can offer is to hire a certified kitchen designer. Believe me it will be well worth the money when you consider the dollars spent on a kitchen remodel. You can find designers in your area thru NKBA.org.

Correction: to construct two separate 2 ft run concrete slab at the each opposite end of the 9ft length kitchen (with access of 3 ft space at each end but has 5ft space in the middle)

Hi Rhonda, i also recently redid my terrace and installed a wet and dry island in my kitchen. As for your floor plan, if you're willing to consider tearing down the maid's room and moving it to the back, it will free up a lot of space for your dry kitchen/dining area. A bit unconventional, but you can also install the island in between the 2 pillars that are in the center. You can then install pot racks or wine glass holders on top of your island.
