63.5" wide x 41" heigh and 24" deep extends 83" deep when opened...call 805 650-6655 for more info.

If the tile scratched in this location, any paint that you attempted to apply would scratch worse, as well as chip and peel. Ceramic tile is rarely or never painted and I have never heard it attempted on a floor. I wouldn't try it myself for fear of making the situation worse. What about washable, inexpensive cotton rag rugs? They can look very nice and you just throw them in the wash with towels or jeans depending on the color you select. Another inexpensive option would be floating a laminate floor, such as wood look planks.

My walk-in is slightly longer (1.60x3.60m) - I only have the design with measurements on paper, but I could look for it this evening, scan it and post it for you if you want. In the meanwhile, have a look at the photos of the finished room. We took advantage of the height and got pull down rails; also, a big shelf above the door and narrow shelves on the side. This is the back house of a 2-on-a-lot project next door. The developer is known for taking liberties, and in this case, it's not clear that he built what he said he would build. I am wondering about two things: Does this look like a house, or a side-by-side duplex? How about the square footage? The lot is 100 feet wide, so this seems to be 80 ft wide, based on the satellite photo. But how deep it is, from front to back, based on the limited information in the photos? How many square feet do you think it is?
