Hi. Need some ideas for our new place - small living room - probably planning on putting the dining table outside . We like an industrial look

I like the industrial feel of the art, Poonam.

I've put together a mood board, concentrating on the grungy industrial colours. I think you probably have room for a small sectional, and a few bar stools at the kitchen counter -- probably no more seating than that. I love this round coffee table, and the fact that the 'distressed' rug really does look as though it might have been in a workshop somewhere. :-) I imagine you might be mounting a TV on the left wall as you enter? Nowhere else to put one, really. If you could get a really shallow TV cabinet to put it on that would be good as it could give you a bit of storage in the room. Which may be small, by the way, but it's fabulous. Congratulations.

You might want to search on Houzz for photos of industrial look rooms, see what you like in each photo, and try to replicate the look.

Curtains would make this room feel a lot warmer and cosier! Also a big area rug perhaps and if it's a family room maybe enough seats for the whole family? Perhaps you could go for a sofa and an armchair to fit the strange shaped room positioning them facing towards the tv. Storage units are another must for family rooms, mounting the guitar on the wall, makes more floor space and adds a decorative touch. Also you could have a chalkboard wall for writing on and a gallery of family pictures? Good luck! :)

Hi Kharan, Haiku and Big Ass Fans come to mind when I read 'modern ceiling fans'. Hope that helps! As for the door that you're looking at, I believe that would be a custom-built one as it's designed to match the house's overall look, and it's not a standard size. Best to talk to your architect or interior designer, as Sugarbakers suggested.

Before that ask yourself, whether is the house you collecting, is it a standard or Premium flat?. How much Budget are you intending to spend on your house renovation.
