Whether you're retired, semi-retired, work night shifts or taking (faking) a sickie - it's very likely you've come across the range of quality television shows on offer in the off-peak hours.
Some may leave you cringing at the C-grade acting, others leave you on the edge of your seat with yet another brain transplant or affair.
Which daytime show can you not switch off, no matter how bad?
