It looks like it might be a grasscloth wallpaper. Phillip Jeffries are the ones to look at for different textures/colours. https://www.phillipjeffries.com/shop/wallcoverings

Just wondering what is the current wall color? Looks lavender. I'm not a fan of accent walls in a bedroom. To me a bedroom should be relaxing and varying wall colors seem stimulating by their very nature (think they're great in other rooms though). But if you want to do one, I would do as you suggested, the wall where your headboard is located. Figure out what you want to keep (sounds like the headboard and the red chair are definitely staying), then work around that. I think cool greys are very pretty and a wonderful neutral that work would work well with your headboard and chair. Then you could bring in the other colors you like through bedding and artwork. If storage is an issue, can you get some bins on wheels for beneath your bed? Also can you consolidate all those smaller tables and get one larger table/storage piece in its place? I would check out IKEA if it's in your budget. Also given the size of your bedroom, if possible I would go with simple curtains that are the same color as your walls. Good luck!

Money plants are super easy to maintain! I've had mine for the past 7 months since moving in to our new flat and it is growing wildly around its 1.5m pole with minimal care. Cacti don't need much attention as well and make for nice decorative plants especially in toilets where you might not get much sunlight. The air plant in your second picture was actually being sold at my neighbourhood pasar malam and I was very close to getting it (apparently it only needs occasional spraying of water) but it wasn't quite my style and I went for a different plant that I'm still trying to figure out the name of. :)

Hi Rhonda, i also recently redid my terrace and installed a wet and dry island in my kitchen. As for your floor plan, if you're willing to consider tearing down the maid's room and moving it to the back, it will free up a lot of space for your dry kitchen/dining area. A bit unconventional, but you can also install the island in between the 2 pillars that are in the center. You can then install pot racks or wine glass holders on top of your island. Hi, I agree with Gary, do a hotel setting to make it more appealing. Here’s an idea. Remove the partition, move the closet down and add a big slider freeing up the space for a spacious bedroom with lounge seating/dining by the window. Think about the tv wall where it can have a proper work desk space. And do you have balcony? Perfect !
