I apologize for taking so long to respond; I didn't see your message until today. Our standard 36" Trillium Medallion is $1901 for an unfinished medallion and $2018 for it prefinished. That price does not include shipping. We are able to do any of our medallions in a custom size. Please contact customer service at 920-582-9977 for information about ordering a custom medallion. I have stained concrete floors and not only do I love them... but 95% of everyone that walks in the door goes goo goo over them... Well, there was that one guest that waited a half hour before asking "So, when you do you think you'll be able to afford carpet?" .... So, this isn't a great pic, but you can see that we mixed black in and that there's a greenish border... Looking back, I would have done a different color had I given it more thought because it's a lot of work to change stained concrete... but painted concrete can be painted over and over... By the way...The lower level of my house is 1500 sq ft and I vacuum those concrete floors, all of them, in less than 15 minutes... I was 2 x's a year and including stripping the old wax, it only takes me about three hours! This shine when it's done is SO worth the 3 hours ...

Um, you will have to iron your shirts. For the money, you could buy something cheaper and have your shirts ironed. But-- I have a Miele washer and love it, and will replace it with another. It just washes so much better than others I've used. I put all kinds of dry clean only stuff in there, lots of professional work clothes, Miele takes good care of them. On the other end of the spectrum, clothes-wise: the older model I have heats very high and I used it when my kiddos were in diapers to wash cloth diapers--I would NOT have done that in a lesser machine (especially when my nice clothes were going in there later in the week!). But they came out like new. Super clean every time. Highly recommend.

I started with a design dilemma, and got some good advice from some very kind people on Houzz. The transformation took more time to figure out then it did to complete the construction. My advice to anyone wanting a new space is to do your research, without rushing into decisions, which can be difficult when working with some, because of the 'sale deadline'! Guess what? There will always be another sale! In fact, by taking my time I ended up being able to keep all of the organization options I wanted and ended up with such a great sale that I was able to upgrade to custom solid wood cabinets and drawers for the same price as my original stock cabinets with MDF panels. By customizing the sizes of cabinets, I was able to create more space to open up the small kitchen for a spacious feel. My contractor helped me achieve the built in pantry wall which puts all of my spices, canned goods, etc., right in front of me to see exactly what I have or need to replenish. But, my favorite part of this kitchen is what the contractor did with my narrow and deep closet. It was widened and turned into a dry bar with microwave and roll out storage. Having a place for my coffee maker and microwave was key, so I could keep the new expanse of counter space visible! Removing the 'bump up' wall of my original counter offered a more open concept feel, which was a great improvement.
