"Need help for 3rd Floor of my House
Comments (7)So you just want to enclose the top area to make it a place to sleep? Does it need to have a kitchen and bathroom or just a sleeping area? I am not an architect but you might want to ask more direct questions like " How can I enclose this upper floor to make it livable?". It looks like you live in a very mild climate. Perhaps you should put up wood walls with windows that match the design on the balcony panels. I am not a builder so I hope someone else has some ideas for you....See MoreSuggestions please for modern chairs that go well with French designs.
Comments (3)Are you using the headboard for a bed or something else? How about the rest of the room? Do you have a style already? Or going somewhere? Womb chairs are great (I like how most of them sit too), but my opinion is you could make a Klippan look good with it, with the right setting. If it's the same color/fabric or the same shapes or the same structure (wood frame around it), you can go anywhere with the type of seating. Comments (5)Thanks a lot Lampert Dias architect, ainslie, and edithsmom for your precious comments. I was so happy and excited when I saw your comments being posted up... Really appreciate it so much. My chesterfield measures about 210cm by 89cm by 75cm...hence I am not sure if there is still space for an armchair. I love the aviator chair from restoration hardware but probably have to give it a miss as the arm chair's length is about 100 cm . Any advice on any armchair that can go with the chesterfield? Or not advisable to put any armchair since the space layout is quite small?...See MoreReupholstering chairs for contemporary home
Comments (5)Hi Patricia, these are the chairs above. The look I like the most is the second last photo below, but not big on maroon as have so many maroon rugs and its dominated over the years. I was trying to go for a mustard, as per the samples, but thinking it too might dictate too much. I don't know...go a plain grey, or a pattern with nice cream and green? Sorry what's a sneaker?...See MoreJoanna Biddolph
