What color grout did you use?

For this bathroom we used a bright white thin grout line to set off the bright white floor tile. I have also used Platinum grey with grey tiles before if you are looking for a softer grey. Best of luck to you on your project!!

I would like a similar look to yours. Here is my kitchen. I want it to appear lighter like in the second picture. We have Cambria Brittannicca countertops. What do you think is the best option for grout color? We are using Polyblend brand.

What a great room! If you enjoy the general Monochromatic feel of your room I'd go with white or silver (see 'option2' photo) and let your accent pillows do the accenting! The blue hue on the wall actually simplifies your color options. Either pull that color in through a patterned application as mentioned above (see 'option1' photo) or just stick to silver/white. Hi Yuxian! Think about what style you're going for as you would want your paint colours to complement the furnishings to come. Also, what mood do you want to create for your whole house/each room? For instance, yellows are uplifting and cheery while greens are usually restful. Browse online for 'paint colour ideas' and save a collection of photos that appeal to you. You're likely to find great decor ideas at the same time! With that particular part of the house pictured above though, my advice is to make the most of the precious daylight coming through that window (there's just never enough sunlight in my flat! RIP, all our plants that once lived) and have this room painted in lighter hues. It's uplifting stepping in to a bright and airy home. Ultimately, follow your heart and if you love a colour, choose it!
