The color of the chair in this picture appears darker that the "F254 Aegean Blue" I see as an option on your website. Is it? If so and you still have it as an option could you please quote a price and lead-time?

Hi, We suggest that you g⁠⁠⁠⁠o for grey (safer) or black (more "loud" and daring) laminate colours as it matches really well with the granite you have. These colours will definitely give a touch of elegance and express a modern look theme! What a great room! If you enjoy the general Monochromatic feel of your room I'd go with white or silver (see 'option2' photo) and let your accent pillows do the accenting! The blue hue on the wall actually simplifies your color options. Either pull that color in through a patterned application as mentioned above (see 'option1' photo) or just stick to silver/white. There are a lot of HDB-accredited interior design companies which provide HBD renovation packages to give your pad a fresher and more unique look. Let’s take a look at some of the most beautiful design styles for HDB homes. Earthy tones palette – Nothing goes wrong with simple black, white, and earthy tones for your HDB interior design. The natural feel of earthy colors and palette will give you warm look, sophistication and feel acceptable for a lot of people. If you want a safe and surefire design for your small pad, you may want to consider doing earthy tones for it. I would get rid of that pendant. Here's one link to industrial pendant lights http://www.houzz.com/industrial-pendants Pick a light that you like and show it to your landlord. I bet she/he will say yes to your suggestion since pendant lights can easily be changed. In fact, if there's already a really secure junction box there already i bet they may even go with a ceiling fan light combo if that's what you really want
