Technically, it is entirely possible. You will need to change to a P-type trap WC (often wall mounted) and run the sanitary pipe along the wall to connect to the existing outlet. If the distance is too far, you may need to install your WC at a higher than usual position, or raise the floor of the new bathroom so that the WC P-trap is high enough for the sanitary pipe to flow with the minimum allowable gradient. The licensed plumber of your contractor would be able to advise. Technically it is also possible to expand your bathroom out over existing dry areas, as long as waterproofing is properly applied on the floor and walls. However, your MCST may or may not allow that, depending on how fussy they are.

A cheap way is to change the laminate of your basin cabinet. Add some photo frames to the wall, or an open shelf to hang plants or put nice decor on. Hi, there is a sunken bath/shower in the toilet. It has 2 steps. Old age so afraid of tripping. a) Can the sunken bath/shower be filled up/level up ? b) What methods to use ? What materials to use to fill up ? Cement ? c) The unit is a condo, so afraid of laden weight concerns. Need professional engineer to check ? Need to seek MCST approval ? Also, do you have the standard height toilet? 15 inches from floor to rim.

It is 400mm plus height of seat. The waste is through the floor.

the setout is approx 245mm from wall to centre of waste hole.

it is a 6 liter full flush 3 liter half flush.

Price is AUD $2249.

Will have to find out international shipping cost/insurance.
