If privacy is the issue, get the sliders tinted to about 70%. You'll still get most of the natural light but will have privacy. Now, keep in mind this only works during the day. At night you are exposed. To address this, you may wish to do a floor to ceiling white sheer/linen curtains. The number of folds in the curtain will dictate the amount of visible silhouette at night. Hi Olivia Chng, If you are facing this kind of problems, you could try to install curtains on your bedroom. Normally blinds is not really suitable for bedroom, because blinds cant really fully cover the lighting. Blackout curtains (100% blocking the light) or Dimout curtains (80%-90% blocking the light). Adding curtains to the windows (and even doors) gives you an additional layer of insulation and can even bring down your power bills in the long run. Dear Natalie I think option b is the best. But you would need to keep the wall covered with the fabric, which can look nice and adds a lovely layer to the room. Curtains should start a few inches below the ceiling and go to the floor, this will make the room look bigger. Best Jenny

I am doing a project researching on the anatomy/structure of window frames. May I know why are there some slants/curvatures in the chamber design of the frame? What is the function of that design structure? Does that affect the window structurally or thermally?
