You mentioned the siding trim is pebble gray and the window cladding is Marvin pebble gray. What was the brand and color paint used to match the Marvin pebble gray color? Thank you.

Without pix of the room and headboard you aren't going to get much help. Generally, bedding is purchased first and paint is color cued to their color. Comment here and use the Attach Images botton to add jpg pix.

Hello there :) Nice design by the way. Perhaps you can: 1. Change the door panels only. Keep the existing shape & the cupboards, the carpenter can 'update' the doors with different handles too (like image above). 2. Spray paint is more $$$ but I think it is longer lasting. 3. Laminated is less $$ but as we all know it chips & eventually the laminate comes out (wear & tear). 4. Unless you want the inside of the cabinet to be changed from existing white to a different colour, then the carpenter have to dismantle everything & redo. So more $$$$ Hope this helps & Happy shopping!

Starting from the top definitely makes it look taller and grand if cost is not a concern. Having the blinds all the way up will be good if u install a pelmet to cut down the light coming from the top of the window. Alternatively, u can start abt 4-6inches above so that u have abt a panel of the blinds above the window. Discuss with the supplier about extending the width abt 4 inches beyond the right of the window too to minimise light coming from the gap between window and blinds. Do note that since u don’t have space to the left of the window, u will still not achieve total blackout as light can stream in from all sides, especially the left. Just my humble opinion.
