Kitchen - Coffee corner
Comments (4)I like the pics Vikrant posted! I've worked with two buyers recently who required counter space for their coffee bars. The wet bar or butler's pantry (depending on the age and style of the home) are good places to set this up if there's not enough space on the kitchen counter with other kitchen activity. Since it's your home for now, jazz up your cool coffee corner and enjoy! You might get bored with maintaining a cute chalk board. What about 2-3 bright prints? You can find cute sets which are already framed....See MoreHow does this work? Making wall collages look good.
Comments (20)work out the wall space you want to cover, measure this on the floor. then start laying out our design within the space on the floor to create your design. There has to be lines running through the collage so there is a method to the madness- we don't want a messy looking arrangement, there must be a flow. You can line up the matts with outside edge of other frames etc. Layout all of your pics on the floor and mix up the frame styles and sizes amongst your layout. Take photos of your layout and then start hanging. My tip is don't start hanging until you have your plan 100% !!! lots of neck stretches too! i recently put together this collage and need a neck massage afterwards ;-)...See MoreHow can I spice up my boring balcony?

The green (they come in different colours, too, if you'd like to be psychedelic) adds a lively pop of colour to a blah space, and they're designed in easy-to-install tile-style units that have some built-in drainage for minimal maintenance. Absolut Outdoors and Green Turf can tell you more :) And I'd hang an outdoor art piece or a screen for air plants on that blank wall, too, to enliven your balcony....See MoreHow to make my condo look bigger and more appealing
Comments (18)Hi, I agree with Gary, do a hotel setting to make it more appealing. Here’s an idea. Remove the partition, move the closet down and add a big slider freeing up the space for a spacious bedroom with lounge seating/dining by the window. Think about the tv wall where it can have a proper work desk space. And do you have balcony? Perfect !...See MoreNerida King
