Reno of a resale apartment

Hi, I’m looking for ID or contractor to do renovation for a resale department in Esparina. Main work is to help me design and realize the renovation which may incl restructuring rooms by sliding door installation to replace walls, doors repositioning, cabinets, etc. Renovation can start E. What do you mean by timber strips? Wood flooring? If so, that's a big Yes. As for the dining platform, I've seen it done many times, but I'm not a fan. It limits the space--unless you have very high ceilings and an open floor plan. Then it could set a boundary. But it would not be a feature for resale.

Is this actually a 1,260 square foot house or apartment? I would suggest you turn Bedroom 2 into a large master bath attached to the master bedroom. Then, the two small hall bathrooms could be turned into one larger bathroom to serve guests and the person who uses Bedroom 3. If the bathroom fixtures are in good shape, you could use them over to save money and rely on paint and colorful accessories to make the two new bathrooms attractive. If you still want a third bedroom, I suggest you turn the study into a third bedroom. If you could take out the storage closet between the kitchen and the one entry door, this area in the lower right-hand corner of the floor plan could be the dining area, and the living/dining room could serve as one large living room.

Master bedroom with the bathroom door closed. The Chinese wedding cabinet will move to another room. Now with the door opened and a wider view of the bedroom. Getting closer. The sink is protruding quite a lot in the room. I imagine one rectangular slate that is going from the door opening to the column. A view from the other side. The bath tub with the door closed. The same with the door opened, blocking the access to the tub. A view showing the glass that forms part of the corner of the room. I an thinking of hacking the glass area and the portion of the wall between the glass and the door leading to the bathroom, leaving the bottom part to prevent water from going to the bedroom. To close the space, I am thinking of folding nyato panels similar to the cabinet's doors for a unified look perhaps with some areas in stained glass for a Peranakan accent.

Yes you do have to. You have to put aside budgets for - Furniture (e.g sofas, chairs, tables etc.) - Appliances (stove, hood, hob, oven, refrigerator, fans, washing machine, dryer, TV) - Air-conditioning (installation and the aircon itself) - Soft furnishing (throw pillows, rugs, lamps) - Lighting - Fixtures (tiles, built-in cabinets, built-in wardrobes, false ceiling etc.) - Painting - Interior design and construction fees (if you are hiring someone). In my experience, the fixtures, appliances and furniture adds up to the bulk of the cost. I have a 5-room BTO too, without tiles, and it cost about 30,000++, but only because we did not do false ceilings, and lighting, and spent most of our money on the appliances. We also relied heavily on soft furnishings (rugs) and designerish furniture to liven up our space.
