Are the chairs stackable for storage?

I wanted to know if I could stack them when I store them away?

We apologize for the delayed response to your questions. These chairs are able to be stacked for storage. We would not suggest stacking more than 4 chairs at a time.

David - Thanks! Appreciate that you even drew out the plan. :) You are absolutely right, it's been difficult finding an optimum layout. In fact, our current layout is more or less the same as your plan. Would you have chosen different furniture - a smaller sofa or a different dining table perhaps? (Also, I'm curious: is there a good reason why the architect had the pillar like that?) Mona - Do you mean having a buffet at the entry? I currently do have a sideboard, though it wouldn't fit at the entry - it's about 67" wide by 18" deep. It's currently placed in the middle of the long wall. There's actually still sufficient clearance between it and the 3-seater sofa in David's plan. plague - The household shelter is a local (Singapore) building requirement. Its walls are reinforced and is meant to be a shelter in times of emergency. It can't be removed, and any renovations carried out cannot affect its integrity (there is a list of permitted and prohibited works). Normally it is just used as a pantry or storeroom.

Wow lots of windows. That is good and I love the bay window in the room. Floor looks beautiful as well. Is there a solid wall that the bed can go on, like on the wall to the left of the picture? Also I would staple backout to the window with the roman shade and then place a highboy, armoire or large peice of furniture in front that would cover the whole window and no one from the inside will know. You do put a roller blind inside the window pulled down so no one from the outside will know either. This will give you storage and make the room more functional. I would then place a desk in the bay for a great place to sit and write or a comfortable chair with table and lamps to read. Please post pictures of all sides of the room as that would be helpful with suggestions.

Luke, please keep some if the empty film canisters, they hold $17 in $1 coins, and are handy in the car's ash tray. I don't have enough $2 coins to advise of their value. Look at the storage container of everything you through out and just like the lady above with the nappy containers, often things are grossly over packaged and can be re-purposed.

The green (they come in different colours, too, if you'd like to be psychedelic) adds a lively pop of colour to a blah space, and they're designed in easy-to-install tile-style units that have some built-in drainage for minimal maintenance. Absolut Outdoors and Green Turf can tell you more :) And I'd hang an outdoor art piece or a screen for air plants on that blank wall, too, to enliven your balcony.
